Fin Tongits is a game app developed and operated by FIN SKIP BYTE LIMITED.

1. Overview

By registering your account on our APP, you shall agree to understand and accept the following terms and conditions (hereinafter as the "Terms")

Funds deposited in violation of these terms may be forfeited.You must register in person and may not sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts to other players. You shall not transfer money between player accounts.

If you register account and use our service in violation of these terms, your account will be immediately closed, the bonus will be confiscated, and any remaining balance may be returned with extra charged management and processing fees.

"Identity Verification" procedures will be implemented  to actively identify players in accordance with the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities for the use of APP. You must provide valid official documentation such as a photo ID and proof of address, as well as any other documentation we need to confirm the correctness of the your registration information.

3. Access to your account

The Facebook account or Google account authorized during registration will be your only account to log in, please keep your Facebook account or Google account properly to ensure the security of your game account.

You should be the only person to access your account. If we suspect that your account is used or controlled by others, or used fraudulently, we have the right to close your account and keep its balance.

We are not responsible for any of your losses caused by the third parties. If you suspect that the third parties have accessed your account, please notify us immediately and assist us in any subsequent investigation.

We will report any suspicious transactions or fraud cases to the relevant authorities, and we reserve the right to fully cooperate with such authorities in the investigation of fraudulent or criminal activity related to your player account. We may allow them to inspect player account data for further investigation and final ruling.

4. Payment

You may cash out using any payment method specified by Fin Tongits from time to time.

You shall acknowledge that Fin Tongits has the right to collect payments from you on behalf of third party suppliers.
